Ready Set Glow Cleaning Service ("we", "us", "our") provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and hotel properties in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

5. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us immediately. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, the service will be considered completed and payment will be retained.
